Soup was over peppery. I ordered for my daughter and she couldn’t take it. Ended up she had nothing proper for lunch! As an adult, I found the soup had too much pepper in it. The restaurant should not have added any pepper on behalf. They can separate pack the pepper. Giving me the thought that they’re using the pepper to cover up any ingredients that are not fresh ...

There were Missing orders and all the help centre did was to offer refund. There is a reason why we ordered food. If the food didnt come as promised, do u think just by a mere refund, our stomachs will be filled??!!!!

This time the Soup 🥣 was Tripled Plastic wrapped which was Good as the inner 2 plastic bags containing the soup as usual spilled.
If Only the Soups be Tied like what the prawn 🍤 mee noodle hawker does to separate the soup in a tied plastic bag & separate noodle.
This way the Soup 🥣 in tied plastic bag Doesn’t spill badly.
Jus a suggestion from consumer point of view. Thanks

But the delivery is later than expected. The delivery is late for almost 30 minutes and the soup turn a little cold. Don't commit the time when food panda cannot deliver promises.

The Bak Kut in the lotus pork rib soup taste very different from what we use to eat. Seems very “old” or it has just been put into the soup due to insufficient meat.

should be more careful when packing, the cap was not tight and by the time the soup was sent to me half of the soup is inside the plastic bag and less then half of the soup to drink after taking the meat out.
