Where is my foodpanda order?

After you place an online order, we transfer it to the restaurant which will then start preparing your food. Our restaurants in Singapore do everything they can to get your food delivered as quickly as possible. However, heavy traffic or unexpectedly high demand may cause delays to your food delivery. Please bear with us. If it’s been too long, you can contact us and we will find out what’s going on immediately.

I have a foodpanda Singapore voucher code. How can I use it?

To redeem your voucher, begin by ordering food as usual. Review your order. If your voucher is valid, discounts are cleared automatically upon checkout. Only one voucher can be used per food delivery order. Understand that all foodpanda vouchers are valid for online payments only (credit/debit cards or PayPal). If your voucher code does not work, feel free to contact us and we will sort this out.

It only takes three steps to order food online:

✓ Pick the food you fancy: Choose a restaurant and customize your menu.

I need to cancel or change my order! How can I do this?

All foodpanda orders are confirmed 5 minutes after placing an order and no further changes can be made after that. Please make sure to call us as soon as possible after you place an order if you wish to make any changes.For payment refunds, please contact foodpanda Singapore directly.

Do I have to create a foodpanda account to place an order?

No. You can order delivery food in Singapore using our guest checkout without having to sign up. We make sure that ordering food online at foodpanda is quick and fuss-free. After placing your order, you will have an option of creating an account.

How long does it take for my food order to get delivered?

The speed of your delivery varies depending on restaurant choice and time of day. It also depends on the number of orders the restaurants have to prepare and on the distance between the restaurant and your delivery address.To access estimated delivery times for the restaurant of your choice, visit foodpanda.sg. After placing an order more precise delivery time will be communicated to you by SMS.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs, just like delivery time, are determined by each individual restaurant. Usually the ones closer to you will charge a smaller delivery fee. There are also many restaurants with a free delivery. You can easily check the delivery costs of each restaurant while browsing our website.

How can I pay for my order?

All restaurants in Singapore accept cash on delivery and most of them accept online payments as well (credit/debit cards and PayPal). Available payment methods for each restaurant are visible on the restaurant info page.
  • Cash on Delivery
    Select ‘Cash on Delivery’ on the checkout page and pay the driver at your doorstep when receiving food.
  • Credit/Debit Card
    Select ‘Credit Card’ on the checkout page. After placing your order you will be redirected to the secure page of our payment partner, where you can follow its instructions. Please do not refresh the page or go back. Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be transmitted to the restaurant.
  • PayPal
    Select ‘PayPal’ on the checkout page. After placing your order you will be redirected to the secure PayPal payment page, where you can follow its instructions. Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be transmitted to the restaurant.

Does foodpanda deliver 24 hours?

Yes, foodpanda in Singapore delivers 24 hours. However, many restaurants may be unavailable for a late night delivery. You can also see a selection of restaurants available for late night delivery. You can also order groceries 24 hours a day through pandamart.


Can I order foodpanda for someone else?

Yes. During checkout, just update the name and delivery address of the person you're ordering for. Please keep in mind that if the delivery details are not correct and the order cannot be delivered, we won't be able to process a refund.

Why am I getting a message that a restaurant does not deliver to me?

The delivery area depends on each individual restaurant and foodpanda has no influence on this. If you enter a specific address on the homepage, then you can browse all the restaurants that do deliver to you.

What is the difference between delivery and pick-up?

If you choose delivery, a foodpanda rider will collect your order from the restaurant and take it to your chosen delivery address. If you choose Pick-Up, you can self-collect your food directly from the restaurant for extra savings – and to jump to the front of the queue. Pick-Up orders are available for restaurants only.
