What is Foodpanda?
foodpanda provides customers with an easy and secure way to order from the best takeaways in their area.
What are your payment methods?
We accept cash on delivery and also online paypal payments for selected restaurants. Soon we will have online payments for all restaurants.
How does Foodpanda work?
Enter your postcode, choose which restaurants near you that you want to order from and click away! You can view all the restaurants in your area or select your favourite cuisine. Once you have placed your order and choose your method of payment, Foodpanda will do the rest of the work for you!
Can I call you to arrange catering?
Foodpanda is only responsible for forwarding the orders to the restaurants and is not responsible for catering services. However we will do all we can to help you; we can contact the takeaway on your behalf. You can contact us at +65 65898669
How do I sign up for a foodpanda account?
Click on the login tab which is located on the top right hand side of the home page. At the bottom of the pop-up message, click 'Not a member? Sign-up for free'. You will then be prompted to a new page where you will find 'New Member'. Click 'Create a new account' and fill in your details as requested before clicking 'Submit'. Registration should now be completed and you should receive a confirmation email to the email address you registered with. Once you have registered, you will be able to order delicious cuisines from your area!
What is the refund policy for orders made online?
If an order is cancelled by the vendor or Foodpanda, we will refund the full order amount back within 24 hours online through Paypal. If an order is cancelled by the customer, we will reimburse the money online within 24 hours on a case to case basis.
What kind of restaurant do you have under your services?
We have a wide variety of culinary selections you will be spoilt for choice. We have 70 restaurants on Foodpanda's list (and growing fast!).You can choose from Chinese, Indian, Italian, Thai, Greek, Bangladeshi, Turkish, French and many more.
I did not receive an order confirmation. Did my order get through?
On rare occasions. there may be a problem with the system and you do not receive your confirmation email informing you that your order has been received. Most often in this case the order has gone through and it is just a problem with the email not getting through to you. However to be sure, it is best to contact us so we can check your order for you and confirm that it has gone through. You can contact us at +65 65898669.
Are there any extra delivery charges? If yes, how much are the charges?
This depends on the respective restaurants. Usually the ones closer to you will deliver for free. If the restaurant has to drive a long way to bring you the food, they normally charge a little extra for the service.
Where is my food? Who do I call to check on my food?
Foodpanda is only responsible for forwarding the orders to the restaurants and has no control over the actual delivery. However we will do all we can to help you; you can contact our customer care department who will investigate on your behalf. You can contact us at +65 65898669
The food I ordered is unacceptable. How do I get a refund?
Foodpanda provides an easy way for you to order your takeaways online, we are not responsible for the preparation/cooking/delivery of the food. If you're unhappy with the quality of the food, you can contact us and we can contact the takeaway on your behalf to inform them of your dissatisfaction, and to see what they will offer you in compensation. Are waiters, cutleries and burner provided for catering?
foodpanda is only responsible for forwarding the orders to the restaurants and is not responsible for catering services. However we will do all we can to help you; we can contact the takeaway on your behalf. You can contact us at +65 65898669. If you put a note regarding cutlery in the comment box when you check out, we will let the restaurant know that you need cutlery.
Can we customize our order and not strictly based on menu?
Unfortunately, you are not able to customize your order. However you can add special wishes in the comment box when you check out. The restaurants will then try to adjust your order accordingly. You can put 'extra spicy' or 'I want my steak rare-medium' right there.
How long does it take to process the refund?
If for any reason you are due a refund from Foodpanda, the money will be credited back to you within 3-5 working days from the processing date.
How long will the delivery take?
Depends on the number of orders and the distance from the restaurant to your delivery address. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a SMS regarding your confirmation and expected delivery time.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancelation depends on the restaurant you place the order with. Give us a call at +65 65898669 and we will help you to cancel your order.
How do I make changes to my order?
Just give us a call at +65 65898669 and we can change your order for you. However if the delivery has been discharged already, no changes can be made.
What if I'm not at home when the delivery man comes by? Will they redeliver?
You will receive a confirmation email and a SMS from us, stating the delivery time of your order so you will be able to arrange for someone to be home when the delivery man comes by. Unfortunately, redelivery is not possible.
Do you have halal menus?
Yes, you can search for halal restaurants and browse the halal menus on our website.
How do I provide feedback?

How do I know if my order got through?
You will receive a confirmation email from us, stating the orders you have selected and the time it will take to be delivered to you. We will also send you a SMS to keep you updated once the restaurant has confirmed your order.
If the delivery is late, do I get some discount?
Foodpanda is only responsible for forwarding the orders to the restaurants and has no control over the actual delivery. However we will do all we can to help you; you can contact us and we can contact the takeaway on your behalf as soon as possible to investigate. Give us a call or drop us a line and we will try to help you out.
I did not receive what I ordered. Why did this happen?
There may be times when a mistake has been made and items from your order are missing when the delivery is made. If possible, you should go through your delivery with the driver to confirm the correct items have been delivered. If something is missing, you can contact us and we can contact the takeaway on your behalf as soon as possible so the takeaway can be given the opportunity to resolve the problem. Do I have to be a member to use this service?
Anyone can use our service. However, when you order food, you will automatically create a free Foodpanda account. Your previous orders will be captured in our system, and you will be able to retrieve your previous orders as well as your delivery address.
Can I combine orders from a list of restaurants?
You can order from more than one restaurant but unfortunately you are unable to combine the orders. Each order must be made and paid for separately.
Is your site secure? How can I be sure?
Our website is secure and uses the latest technology to encrypt your information. We have a customer care department that makes sure every order goes out to the restaurant correctly so, no fear, we will take good care of your internet order.
