foodpanda’s DBS/POSB campaign
Terms & Conditions

1. Users who subscribe for a half-yearly pandapro subscription with code DBSPROPACK (“Code”) from 4 March 2024 – 30 April 2024 will be eligible for a 6-months pandapro subscription at only $3/month (“Promotion Fee”) and will receive foodpanda food delivery vouchers in the following manner:

(i) 1^st month of subscription: 50 x $4 off vouchers will be issued within 3 days of the 1^st month of subscription;
(ii) 2^nd month of subscription: 50 x $4 off vouchers will be issued within the first week of the start of the 2^nd month of subscription;
(iii) 3^rd month of subscription: 5 x $4 off vouchers will be issued within the first week of the start of the 3^rd month of subscription.

2. No vouchers will be credited into the user’s ‘Vouchers & Orders’ wallet for the 4^th – 6^th month of subscription. Example, if a user subscribes for a half-yearly pandapro subscription on 10 March 2024, he will receive food delivery vouchers as follows:

• 50 vouchers between 10-13 March 2024 (i.e. 1^st month of subscription)
• 50 vouchers between 10-17 April 2024 (i.e. 2^nd month of subscription)
• 5 vouchers between 10-17 May 2024 (i.e. 3^rd month of subscription)
• User receives no vouchers in June 2024 (i.e. 4^thmonth of subscription)
• User receives no vouchers in July 2024 (i.e. 5^th month of subscription)
• User receives no vouchers in August 2024 (i.e. 6^th month of subscription)

3. Each eligible user will have their vouchers issued to the ‘Vouchers & Orders’ wallet on the foodpanda app/website.

4. Promotion is only valid for all foodpanda registered users who (i) are currently not subscribed to pandapro and (ii) are DBS and/or POSB cardholders.

5. Each voucher will require a minimum spend of $15 on food delivery and is only valid for 30 days upon issuance. No extensions will be given if the voucher is not utilised by its expiry date.

6. Vouchers are only applicable on (i) food delivery and (ii) orders placed using DBS or/and POSB cards.

7. By subscribing to pandapro, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into an auto-renewal subscription agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion Fee is only applicable for the first 6 months of your subscription and your plan will automatically renew at the then-current subscription fee after the expiry of your half-yearly plan. You must cancel your plan before its expiration if you do not wish to be charged at the then-current subscription fee.

8. Redemption of the Code is limited and subject to availability on a ‘while stocks last’ basis.

9. The Code is limited to one redemption per user.

10. Code is non-negotiable, non-transferable to a third party and non-exchangeable for cash, credit and/or products of any kind. There shall be no refund or exchange for any unused codes.

11. foodpanda may at its sole and absolute discretion:

(i) amend the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time; and
(ii) forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the promotion without having to provide any reasons or justifications.

12. All changes or updates will be made available on the foodpanda app and/or website.

13. The terms and conditions relating to pandapro subscription, use of the foodpanda platform including our Privacy Policy shall continue to apply and are incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which may be accessed in the foodpanda app or on our website (https://www.foodpanda.sg/contents/pandapro-consumer-terms-and-conditions), (https://www.foodpanda.sg/contents/terms-and-conditions.htm) and (https://www.foodpanda.sg/contents/privacy.htm).

14. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
