foodpanda’s Sheng Siong Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

1. This Sheng Siong S$10,000 Daily Giveaway (“Lucky Draw”) is organised by Delivery Hero (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“foodpanda”) and will run daily from 22 June 2026 to 19 July 2026 (“Lucky Draw Period”).

2. By participating in the Lucky Draw, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (“Terms and Conditions”) and to receive email and in-app notifications from foodpanda regarding the Lucky Draw.

3. This Lucky Draw is open for all registered foodpanda users in Singapore who are 18 years old and above with a valid Singapore bank account at the time of entry. Employees of Delivery Hero Group Companies and are not eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw.

4. Any transactions made outside Singapore and any orders placed after 19 July 2026, 23:59 (11:59PM) are not valid orders and will not qualify for the Lucky Draw.

5. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, users must place at least one (1) valid Order (defined below) from Sheng Siong on the foodpanda app/website between 00:00 (12:00AM) to 23:59 (11:59PM) (“Qualifying Hour”) during the Lucky Draw Period. Valid Order placed during the Qualifying Hour of the day will be eligible for the draw next day at 10:30 (10:30AM). For example, a valid Order placed during 11:30pm on 22 June 2026 will be eligible for the draw on 23 June 2026 10:30 (10:30AM).

6. One (1) winner will be drawn at random at 10:30 (10:30AM) daily at 63 Robinson Road, #11-01 Afro Asia, Singapore 068894, and win S$10,000 (“Prize”) to be disbursed via a direct bank transfer to a local Singapore bank account in the name of the winner within five (5) working days from the notification day. For the avoidance of doubt, the winner shall be identified by the registered foodpanda account holder.

7. Each valid Order constitutes one (1) entry into the Lucky Draw. There is no limit to the number of entries per user.

8. Only valid Orders will be eligible for the Lucky Draw. A valid order (“Order”) must:

a. be an order from Sheng Siong;

b. be placed and delivered within the Qualifying Hour during the Lucky Draw Period. Scheduled delivery and/or pre-orders delivered outside of Lucky Draw Period are not valid orders and will not qualify for the Lucky Draw; and

c. be successfully delivered and not be cancelled or refunded. Should there be any cancellation and/or refund of Orders, users will not be eligible for the Lucky Draw.

9. Winners will be notified via telephone. Three (3) consecutive call attempts will be made to each winner. If the winner does not answer by the third call attempt, foodpanda will forfeit the selection and proceed with the next shortlisted winner.

10. foodpanda will provide instructions to the winner on how to claim the Prize. In claiming the Prize, foodpanda will require the winner to complete a verification form with identification documents, including but not limited to NRIC, Singapore bank account details for verification and KYC purposes, within thirty (30) minutes of receiving the email notification. For the avoidance of doubt, failure to complete the verification process with the required documents within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

11. The Prize will only be disbursed if the winner successfully completed the verification form and fully cleared of the verification and KYC process.

12. No extensions will be allowed for all Prizes and foodpanda will not entertain any claims after the stipulated time above.

13. foodpanda reserves the right to disqualify users from the Lucky Draw if they engage in any practices deemed to be fraudulent or unfair to maximise their chances of winning.

14. Any decisions made by foodpanda in relation to the Lucky Draw shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal review shall not be entertained.

15. foodpanda may at its sole and absolute discretion:

a. amend the Terms and Conditions;

b. forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the Lucky Draw without having to provide any reasons or justifications;

c. disqualify a winner should the winner fail the verification and KYC process; and/or

d. modify, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Lucky Draw or any part thereof (including but not limited to the Lucky Draw mechanics and rewards) at any time without prior notice.

16. All changes or updates will be made available on the foodpanda app and/or website.

17. By participating in the Lucky Draw, you hereby deemed to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your name, email, mobile number, image, photographs, voice and video recordings and/or likeness by foodpanda and/or third party appointed by foodpanda for the following purposes without any payment and/or compensation and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and foodpanda’s Privacy Policy (https://www.foodpanda.sg/contents/privacy.htm):

a. administration of the Lucky Draw or any component thereof (including notification and announcement of the winners);

b. collection of the Prize;

c. editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing; and/or

d. reporting of winners to the relevant authority/ies; and/or other purposes.

18. foodpanda does not take any responsibility in the case of any event that may prevent the user from participating in the Lucky Draw of any component thereof, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations or force majeure, which include but is not limited to regulatory events, government directive, government intervention, pandemic, movement control orders, and act of God, etc.

19. foodpanda shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage including loss of business, revenue or profits, or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Lucky Draw.

20. The terms and conditions relating to use of the foodpanda platform shall continue to apply and are incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which may be accessed in the foodpanda app or on our website (https://www.foodpanda.sg/contents/terms-and-conditions.htm).

21. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
