foodpanda’s TADA and pandapro Campaign Terms & Conditions
1. foodpanda's TADA and pandapro giveaway campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Delivery Hero (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“foodpanda”) with Tada Mobility (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“TADA”) and will run from 01 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
2. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein (“Terms and Conditions”) and to receive SMS, email and in-app notifications from foodpanda and/or TADA regarding the Campaign.
3. This Campaign is made available for users in Singapore and is applicable to selected foodpanda users with an existing pandapro subscription (“Eligible User”). Users who do not have an existing pandapro subscription are welcome to sign up. Upon doing so, they will be able to access the TADA Code.
4. During the Campaign Period, Eligible Users will be eligible to redeem a complimentary TADA voucher code (“TADA Code”), which gives users a set of 5 x 10% off (discount capped at $2) TADA vouchers (“Vouchers”), valid on a monthly basis.
a. Each Eligible User will have their monthly TADA code issued to their ‘pandapro subscription page’ in the foodpanda mobile application under their registered foodpanda account.
b. Users need to tap on ‘Redeem’ in order to generate their unique TADA Code. Each code is unique to each foodpanda user. Users will be directed to the TADA mobile application, where they will be able to automatically store and apply the TADA Code.
c. Each TADA Code will be released on the foodpanda mobile application on the first of every month, on a rolling monthly calendar basis. For example, October 2025’s TADA Code will be available on 1 October 2025 0000 hours, and will be available for redemption until 31 October 2025 2359 hours.
d. Once redeemed on the foodpanda mobile application, each TADA Code will be eligible for use on five (5) rides on the TADA mobile application, on a monthly calendar basis.
e. Users must redeem their TADA Code and Vouchers on a monthly basis. foodpanda will not be responsible should users not claim their TADA Code and Vouchers by 2359 hours at the end of each month.
5. The TADA Codes and Vouchers are limited to one redemption per user per month.
6. foodpanda may at its sole and absolute discretion:
a. Amend the terms and conditions of the Campaign at any time; and
b. Forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the Campaign without having to provide any reasons or justifications.
7. All changes or updates will be made available on the foodpanda app and/or website. By participating in the Campaign, users also agree to be bound by TADA’s terms and conditions (https://tada.global/terms/term/).
8. The TADA Codes and Vouchers are non-negotiable, non-transferable to a third party and non-exchangeable for cash, credit and/or products of any kind. There shall be no refund or exchange for any unused TADA Codes and Vouchers.
9. foodpanda does not take any responsibility in the case of any event that may prevent users from redeeming the TADA Codes and Vouchers or any component thereof, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations.
10. foodpanda shall not be liable for any claims by users or be accountable for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from the use of TADA’s services or any component thereof including the TADA Codes and Vouchers.
11. The terms and conditions relating to use of the foodpanda platform shall continue to apply and are incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which may be accessed in the foodpanda app or on our website (https://www.foodpanda.sg/contents/terms-and-conditions.htm) and privacy policy (https://www.foodpanda.sg/contents/privacy.htm).
12. The Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long are my vouchers valid for?
Vouchers are valid only for the month in which they are redeemed. For example, if you redeem a voucher on 19 September, it will expire on 30 September.
Can I use multiple vouchers on one trip?
No, only one voucher can be applied per TADA trip.
Is there a minimum spend required?
No minimum spend is needed. Your voucher can be used on any eligible trip, regardless of the fare.
Can I transfer my voucher to someone else?
Vouchers are non-transferable and linked to your TADA account.
Why isn’t my voucher working?
This could be because the voucher has expired or the trip does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., payment method). Users have to apply the vouchers before booking the ride to enjoy the reward.
Are vouchers valid for all TADA services?
Yes, vouchers can be used on all TADA ride types and services.
Can I use vouchers with cash payments?
No, vouchers are only valid for card payments.
How can I tell if my voucher was applied?
The discount will be displayed before you confirm your booking.
I have an existing pandapro subscription. How do I receive my TADA codes?
The 5 x 10% TADA voucher codes (discount capped at $2 each) will be issued to your ‘pandapro subscription page’ in the foodpanda mobile application. I have an existing pandapro subscription but forgot to redeem the TADA voucher code for a particular month.
Any un-redeemed and/or unused TADA vouchers after their expiration date will be forfeited and are strictly not renewable, exchangeable and/or refundable.
Will I receive my TADA vouchers monthly?
Each user will be required to redeem their unique voucher code on the ‘pandapro subscription page’ on a monthly basis.
I am currently nearing the end of my 12-month pandapro subscription, and will be renewing into a 6-month pandapro subscription. Will I still be eligible to receive the TADA vouchers?
As long as you have an existing pandapro subscription, you will receive your unique TADA voucher code on a monthly basis during the campaign period.
It’s already been 3 working days, but the vouchers are still not in my ’pandapro subscription page’.
