Tasting note: Yellow and green in colour, deep and star bright, with a fine, lively mousse. On the nose there are developing aromas of green apple, some peach over a warm backdrop of pastries giving the wine great fragrance.It is fine, elegant and long on the palate. The acidity is well integrated and the mousse silky, inviting the next sip and leaving an elegant finish in which the notes of ageing shine through. Grape variety: Macabeo, chardonnay Alcohol content : 11.5%
