Granarolo burrata is air flown from Italy for maximum freshness. Burrata is named from its ingredients and its making process: a mix of mozzarella and cream that form a "buttery" cheese. This cheese has an outside mozzarella shell made of cow's milk, while inside contain a soft mixture of mozzarella scraps and fresh cream that gives to it a unique pulpy texture.
