Isaac08/02/2026Long delay in preparing the food despite my having placed an advanced order long before the restaurant opened. Coupled with deliverer making multiple deliveries, food arrived about 1.5 hours late.
Sean25/11/2025Food took 3hrs to come. Ordered at 6pm, delivered only at 9pm. Foodpanda support was useless and had no means of contacting the restaurant to expedite the delivery. Not the rider’s fault though.
