Today I ordered Wagyu Beef Bowl take away. All beef are burned black… don’t know why still packed for me. Don’t bother ask for refund on Foodpanda, but won’t go again anyway. Super sad.

Took one hour to make the food, and delivery guy took it and said delivered. I got offered to be refunded but the customer service provided was very bad, did not take the initiative to find my order.
