Marie18/03/2026The hearts dropped off and my friend who received it did not even notice it was meant to be a jellycat cake. It was an epic fail birthday surprise for her (and me).

Meenakshi19/08/2026Still not had it but too small for the price .
Karina24/12/2025Most of the slices were still frozen
Maddy27/05/2026Ordered a ferrero chocolate cake on 24th May. Looks are deceiving. Didnt taste at all. Tasted bitter and hard as a rock. Standard has really dropped recently. What an awful cake for a birthday.
Ashelley06/05/2026The cake that was advertised has loads of fruits in it and the actual cake that arrived is far different from the photo. It had pineapples and cream on it and not aesthetic compared to the photo.
Chua27/04/2026Very poor svc .. don’t have knife don’t have candle . Super bad I today still need cake im scare to order from your company
Safreena25/04/2026Received wrong cake
Ruthiraa01/03/2026wrong order
Weay01/01/2026Actual cake looks very different from the photo. It looks like normal fruit cake with cream, and an awkward smiley face with two oreos on the side as the jellycat’s leg. Suggest to change the photo,tq
Zelene01/01/2026the actual product looked very different from the image shown :(
