The soup came toppled n leak abit. The reason is the staff at Soup restaurant should have cling wrap whole container for soup items. The panda paperbag is too big for small items. Panda should consider supplying different size bags for small items. The rider should also ve careful of soupy items.

Without fail I always get sent plastic cutlery in orders without opting to have it sent.
I really think that
A) you should make it clear to drivers and restaurants not to include cutlery when it is not asked for.
B) you shouldn't even offer it as an option. I mean come on, the vast majority of orders are to peoples houses right? Surely they already own cutlery?
When everyone is trying to reduce plastic waste this seems like a very simple step that could help with this

The soups were bland as if from a can, and the salad very disappointing. Just a large pile of tofu, very little actual salad or pea tops as advertised. The flatbread was ok but not enough reason to order again. Very poor.

Very disappointed that an incomplete order was sent to me. Had asked for an additional bread roll and it was missing in the order delivered to us. Food panda said they would send it shortly..but nothing came. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened with Food Panda.
Another vendor made the same mistake and missed and entire side dish... They simply deducted the cost of the dish but that is not good enough, as the food we ordered was not delivered and what came wasn't sufficient for us. It's sad that Food Panda shirks it's responsibility when any such goof ups happen 😡.

Er... their pot pie is super misleading. It came as just a flat piece of pastry without anything in it! Might as well call it “a flat piece of pastry without anything in it”. Pot pies are supposed to be filled with chicken, peas, carrots etc no?
