MAGGI Mamak Fried Maggi Mee Curry Recipe Consists of : 1 x Maggi 2-minute Curry Instant Noodles 5 x 79g 1 x Maggi Oyster Sauce 500g Ingredients : 2 tbsp Corn Oil 2 whole Red Onions 5 cloves Garlic 100g Prawns 2 packets of Maggi 2-minute Curry Instant Noodles 1 tbsp Water 0.35 cup Cabbage 0.35 cup Carrot 0.25 cup Tofu 2 whole Calamansi lime 3 tbsp Spring Onion (Optional) Red Chili Preparation Methods: 1. Heat wok with corn oil, sauté red onion and garlic. 2. Break egg and add fresh prawn and sauté until cooked. 2. Add MAGGI noodles which was boiled and the water drained, MAGGI 2-Min Curry seasoning, MAGGI Oyster Sauce, soya sauce, water and then mix well. 3. Add cabbage, carrot and tofu. Mix well until cooked. 5. Serve with calamansi lime, spring onion and red chili.
