Been a customer of JACKS for over 60 years,....but this particular order was BELOW YOUR STANDARD,....steak FILLET MIGNON was rubbery & tough,....but the veggies & SPECIAL potato fries was GREAT !!!

The spaghetti or Aglio taste terrible ! Too hard to bite ! Curly fries are salty too!

Quantity for platter C is far too little for 4 pax. Not value for money for the price.

DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON SOUR CREAM AND BLACK PEPPER SAUCE. IN ADDN, DELIVERED THE 180G INSTEAD OF THE 250G THAT WAS ORDERED.

No option to select side. Got stale fries instead of classic jack’s place baked potato. The brownie is 1/4 the size of a normal brownie, it was tiny. The soup was an average portion.

I ordered an NZ steak main course, additional lobster bisque and baked potato. However, no main course and additional items were delivered, although I was not charged for the extra ordered items.

You forgot to include dessert in the Value Set Lunch. :( Please take care in preparing to include dessert next time. It only came with garlic bread!
