  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 240ml full-cream milk
  • 120ml vanilla yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 8 ice cubes

Directions

  • Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  • In a blender, add in the avocado, full-cream milk, vanilla yoghurt, honey and ice cubes.
  • Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
  • Divide equally into two glasses and serve immediately.
