  • 4 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1 large green apple, cut into chunks
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • 1g of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 60g of baby spinach
  • 118ml of water
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 22ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • Place the chopped celery, green apple, banana, grated ginger, baby spinach, water, ice cubes, and lemon juice into the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Drink immediately or keep for up to a day in the refrigerator.
