  • 100g pork ribs
  • 1 2cm ginger, sliced
  • 1l water
  • 2 dried squids
  • 4 red dates, pitted
  • 100g peanuts

Directions

  • Remove the lotus root's skin with a peeler and cut it into even slices.
  • In a small bowl, blanch the pork ribs and ginger in hot water before cooking.
  • Add the sliced lotus roots, dried squids, blanched pork ribs, red dates, peanuts and water to a pot. Boil on low heat for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
