Beehoon taste good and I love their runny egg yolk of the sunny side up. Perfect match for fried bee hoon. Otah okok only. I prefer those that has more fish and not so cakey.

Would be good if less oil is used. Sotong pian has more flour than sotong, so frying makes the outside hard and dry.
