Founded in 2015, Takagi-san, the founder of Takagi Ramen, aims to provide Singaporeans with authentic, high-quality ramen at affordable prices. Ramen is a Japanese street food typically enjoyed in a casual setting, but in Singapore, it's mostly served in restaurants.

The famous Takagi Ramen is handmade using Hakata-style firm ramen noodles served in the original Japanese Tonkotsu (pork bone) broth. The broth is enhanced with a light shio seasoning infused with the subtle aroma of kombu and bonito. Sam05/05/2026Yuzu-infused soy sauce @ bottom container tasted bitter instead of sour. Candied yuzu goes well w noodles. Put own sauce– Pagoda spicy sesame oil, Gyoza sauce, Roasted sesame sauce. Takoyaki too soft.
