The chicken are supposed to fully marinated with the soy & hot sauce. What we received were dry chicken, can hardly taste the sauce. I bought from other outlets before & they are not like this. 👎👎

The chicken feels old and the breading is not crunchy. Its like they were short on the soy garlic sauce. the chicken then tasted dry and hard to chew. It was also bland as not enough soy garlic.
