The tenderloin katsuu is very tough and 2 pcs have not much meat all flour. Fortunately 1 pc is thick meat. Have yet to try the loin katsu but I don’t think it will be good

salmon taste fishy. food was all cold, katsu wasnt cruchy like usual. didnt enjoy as my last order which came warm and crunchy
