Ordered mala xiangguo (dry) but it looks like it was cooked with soup. Instead of sauce at the bottom, it's actually soup. How's that mala xiangguo?

Very disappointed.The restaurant got all my food items wrong—nothing I received match my order.I tried calling the restaurant several times but no one answered. This is completely unacceptable.
