Items were all nicely and properly packed with no spillage. Sauces package were very convenient and clean. Everything is yummy and I love the teriyaki salmon bento!

All bentos & sauce were well packed. The pork shogayaki bento was very yummy & generously while the salmon is a little small for the price. The free rice was unbelievably amazing.

The Salmon Belly Steak food standard has dropped. In the past orders, there were two pieces of Salmon Belly. But in my last order, there is only one piece of Salmon Belly joined with the main fish.

Packaging is so messy, curry spilled all over the food covers... end up only left with only 1/4 of curry left?!?!?

It’s was disappointing to pay premium for the udon soup but there was no soup in the container - the restaurant had given my children plain udon
