Adrian21/02/2026Restaurant refused to pick up the phone for an hour. 1.5 hours after I placed the delivery order, I went down to pick it up myself. The pizzas were already cold but not even bagged yet. Rubbish.
Yong22/03/2026下单后过了一个多小时没有收到，打电话不接。打完电话出现短信提示了外卖骑手将去取货。订单只有一个普通披萨，一份鸡翅和一份薯条。作为快餐连锁店，这点儿食物不可能要一个多小时准备。强烈怀疑我的单被遗忘了。在我打了电话后才处理。最终拿到食物都快一个半小时了。
Marcia27/12/2025order was supposed to arrive within 20-35 min. After 1 hour I started calling the restaurant and couldn't get through because it was either busy or nobody answered. No support from Panda. Zero stars
