Pepper Lunch's success is attributed in part to its unique equipment, the iron plate or teppan, which is designed and patented in Japan. The iron plate is heated using a special electromagnetic cooker, which can bring it up to 260°C in just 70 seconds and maintain a temperature of around 80°C for over 20 minutes. This temperature range is ideal for grilling meat, as it keeps it tender and juicy.
