Food was delivered fast. Fries and onion rings are still hot and crispy. Satisfied with the mushroom Swiss burger too.

Coffee horrible taste. Bitter and very sour. Not drinkable. Have to pour away both cup.

Order always missing something, not the first time this happened

the Angus burger was dry, the beef and bacon appeared to be overcooked. BK quality seems to be going downhill which is unfortunate.

the only thing that was really cheesy were the cheese fries.. didn’t taste any cheese in the cheese nuggets. not much cheese in burger. disappointing.

I ordered 1 upsize rendang beef meal, Hershey’s sundae pie & 1 add’l large order of fries. I was charged for it but the fries were not included with my order. The bag was sealed and not tampered with.
