The nacho chips with dip was a bit soggy. Guess soaked up too much of the dip during transport.

I noticed that the portions when delivered is smaller compared to when I'm at the shop.

Restaurant missed our set meal and sent only Ala carte. Food arrived cold even though rider was already waiting for the pick up. Terrible!

Wanted to beat the crowd hence chose pick up from restaurant. End up the daily bowl portion is so little, can barely see the lettuce and seaweed. As compared to buying at the store, the portion is big
