Burned a little.

the food was good but the delivery was so late that all the food got soggy... not worth the price if the delivery will be this much slow.. not sure if due to delivery guy or the store!!!

Good pizza!

Good taste and value for money. Would love to get the pizza hot though.

No issues with pizza. But delivery was left in front of the door while this wasn’t checked in my options - I would not expect food to be left like this without my consent

Pizza was delivered cold

I order Plank often. But today’s pizza was COLD. It tasted like it was already prepared for some time before its delivered - its puzzling becos from ordering to receiving = fast.

Soggy pizza, not great at all. Fruit compote on pizza tasted weird.

Arrived ice cold. This happens often. We have to use our oven to heat it. It’s frustrating that for $60+ be can’t receive hot pizza. I would like to stop being assigned a bike or walker for pizza.

The pancake was too thick and a bit undercooked, and the pasta tasted fishy.

Burrata got melted

This seller is extremely unethical. This is worst pizza I have ever had - it cannot even be called a pizza. The photo they used is totally misleading and amount false advertising.
