While food is good, waiting time is horrendous. The point of ordering a pick up is to touch and go yet I waited another 20mins for my order to be ready. Do something with the store’s pick up system.

Didn't taste good, just ingredients with fancy names but with poor and stale taste mixed together salmon didnt taste fresh

Really hated the tempeh and the sweet potato

Portion is small.

Broccoli extremely over cooked, missing items.

I paid for 2 ramed egg, but they gave me only 1 egg. It was pickup order, I found out if when I get back to office.

Was stopped by staff to add sauces when those that dine in were able to. Don’t understand why there’s a difference in treatment between foodpanda pickup orders vs dine in

I selected an order I had previously ordered. But what I got in reality was something I had never ordered before

Terrible service from the staff. Waited 30mins before I get my food. Pick up time from app is 12.04pm, I reached at 12.07pm & waited for 10mins and was chased away by the staff. 12.22 then get order.

I ordered a $34 bowl without a base and asked them to separate the mains and veggies because I wanted to eat it later, but they mixed them together.
