Food is good quality and delivery is fast, except the order for chicken is to be with Aglio Olio but came with rice . Fish is fresh and rice is yummy with good portion . Coleslaw is good to bite .

I have always liked tender best but for today order the chicken looks too dark

the paper box packing doesn't keep the food very well.

Decent food, really liked the size of the portion, and the nice amount of chilli ketchup packets provided. Deducting 1 star due to the chicken being super oily.

half spring chicken is dark colour as if it's been fried over strong flame and it taste bitter..

Tasteless

The fries & chicken tasted overcooked & refried. Very dry, like eating reheated stuff instead of freshly cooked. Spaghetti bit tasteless. Perhaps it's individual preference. Had to add own seasoning

picture for the spring chicken is so deceiving. thought it was frid half spring chicken . in the end was roasted...... could have put a accurate picture so consumers don't order wrongly accidentally

the mushroom soup is very watery n tasteless. I'm not exaggerating when I say the fresh milk is thicker. the mushroom soup is also not tasty. bad choice. the rest of the food so so

I had been ordering oglio spaghetti frequently BUT today ordered for my dinner was a great disappointment calamari tasteless, aglio spaghetti oily till I can't take it; only the chicken wings ok.

ordered many times from tenderfresh online and offline. first time it came was normal white rice, not their standard yellow rice felt cheated. they shld have indicated rice out of stock.
