Qing Yuan Fish Soup (Seng Poh Road)

I didn't like the soup. Overwhelmed w cooking wine & ginger, whole soup smelt & tasted bitter & abit spicy mainly due the wine & ginger respectively. Couldn't taste natural sweet of the fish.

Order the seafood soup add prawn and fish again but only seeing very few pieces of fish all together not worth the money. Soup is too thick for my liking will prefer less flavourful
