All's ok except the soup portion was pathetic. It's a small container and it's not even half filled. I'm not about the ingredients in it but just the amount of soup(water). Miso is not that expensive.

The rosu katsu exceeded my expectation. Tonjiru was so so. The pickles were sadly no kick. Chicken katsu was fine. I will strictly go for the pork katsu next time.

Hokkaido Rosu Katsu was very tasty and meaty. Good crunch and nice selection of all the dipping sauces. Black Tonkotsu broth was average and expensive addition to this combo.

Both salmon and chicken katsus were well prepared, crispy, crunchy, tasty. Tonjiru pork miso soup was a very small portion for $5.50 — don’t order the soup, it’s very expensive for the portion.

Kitchen staff cannot keep up with demand. Nudged us to order takeaway but then gave us the food 30 mins after the promised time (50 mins total preparation time)
