Food is always good but the packaging is not good. My soup spilled inside the plastic. Maybe a better packaging for soup to make it more appetizing

I ordered the buk kut teh for 2 portions, I did put the request very clearly for extra soup for 2 portions. The extra soup never comes as I requested. Not the first time!!!!
