Food is always good but the packaging is not good. My soup spilled inside the plastic. Maybe a better packaging for soup to make it more appetizing

Super lousy service, ordered 3 packs of pork ribs soup n ask for 3 extra soup but only come one pack extra, the plastic bowl is so small, after adding the pork ribs the soup is so little

I ordered the buk kut teh for 2 portions, I did put the request very clearly for extra soup for 2 portions. The extra soup never comes as I requested. Not the first time!!!!
