their food is tasty and arrived hot! they kept the food inside a disposable insulator bag..quality of the bag is good but can't reused as u gotta tear along the dotted line to take out your food.

I tried a lot (except ebi, chicken and pork belly). I love their takoyaki, salmon (thick steak instead of thin slices) and tonkatsu (thick layer). I like them as they are fresh,not sweet and not salty

First time try. Initially scare it's small portion. But glad that it's good portion and my sons love it too. The egg is nicely cooked.

tastes good, tonkatsu was same as picture but unagi size was underwhelming around half the size of what was shown in the picture, would appreciate if the picture was accurate to reality to expect

Pretty happy to see that the food was in a thermal bag and well-packed. However, pork suki was cooked with whole peppercorns, tonkatsu was abit tough, and the free miso just taste sour-ish and thin.

dish was dry creamy cheese ramen, never did i know what it's terribly spicy. none of us can take it and got to throw. appreciate if they can indicate all dishes spicy level so we can order wisely

Only the packaging is good , food only the tofu nice 👍 ( first time ordering saw the review good but my food come corn got sour taste Ebi uncooked pork also not nice
