Tsui Wah (The Cathay)

All was good except the usual dried chilli was not given for the fish soup noodles.

Food is good but preferably more soup for the macaroni and noodle as well as more sauces for the steamed rice roll.

Was kinda disappointing witht the mains, as compared to other outlets, this is really not to mark. Chicken n pork are both quite hard to tear n chew. Eggs are all overcooked too.

The curry tossed noodle is unfit for consumption. It is 1 lumped noodle and super dry with not much curry sauce. It is really really really bad. The chef should try it. Pls separate the curry sauce.

The portion of the beef fried hor fun is horribly small for the price!
