food is ok but cold when it reaches me, the ala carte teriyaki thigh portion is too small for $9 and it tastes like supermarket frozen teriyaki chicken

Took more than 1.5hour to receive order, food was cold. Portion small. Some rice were undercooked. Teriyaki chicken was salty. Egg given wasn't full as egg white only teaspoon big? Egg shell with it.
