Broth was clear and tasty. Wagyu was disappointing - texture was like regular beef. Tripe is chewy, not soft but nice. Comes in very big pieces. Have to cut into 3 pieces or else too big to chew

Restaurant did not close drinks properly and it was spilled when it was delivered
