Main dish and side dish is all packed into one container which caused all the sauces to be mixed up, seaweed pasta is spicy but not indicated during the order

First time trying this. SsBeefStewOmu was ok, though i don't really like that i can taste blackpepper. Striploin was nice, the 🍄 is a Big No for me. And the "Tomyum" fries, is just MAYO Fries👎🏻

The food was all in one packaging, very messy and all over the place. The taste is like instant and bland.

Steak too done and tough.

Food was decent enough, but both dishes had barely any curry gravy. Sadly, this left everything quite dry and lacking flavour. A more generous amount would have made a big difference!

wrong order & the wrong order you gave had a hamburg steak which had a sour taste to it and super bland pasta. First poor experience , really hope never happen again

Fish n chips not worth it. Such thin piece with mayo and not tartar sauce for a high price.

Sauce and nacho cheese sauce were sour, it covered our food so we could not eat it. fish so burnt until it became rubber and yet couldnt get any partial refund.

the steak was hard….. and so expensive 😭 was craving for it. the brown sauce is disappointing too.

Curry chicken Katsu Omelette rice has meat tasted sour. Chicken mushroom has very little meat. Fish and chips is bland and fries are hard.

The french fries is soaked with rice and curry. The steak is overcooked. Low quality.

very overpriced food, small amount of meat and sides, with all the sides and meat chucked into one box so everything becomes a soggy mess. I would not buy again.

Idk why the fries pics has no mayonnaise, but when my bf went to ask if truffle and curry fries can don’t put mayonnaise the staff said he can’t do that?? like it’s compulsory?? so non flexible

The portion is really too small. Packaging is so bad, simply chuck everything into a circle soup/rice container. The fries and onions are all wet with the teriyaki sauce . Terrible

Very salty food. Omelette Rice's chicken tasted too hard, chewy and old.Spaghetti chopped into little bits and too spicy. Used to order often as regulars but today's meals were truly disappointing.

Very very disappointed n unhappy with the food n packaging. We ordered a battered fish n chicken chop. Food was tasteless, all sauces were put in together with the fish and chicken n fries. All 👎👎👎

Is it good to cheat customers by giving half onsen egg instead of 1 whole onsen egg? This is my last order with this kind of dishonest vendor.
