King Grouper Fish Soup (Northpoint City)

Thanks for following instructions. Lovely clear broth and fresh fish. Slightly overcooked for my liking, but maybe becos of delivery too.

Didn't follow special instructions to exclude meatballs. Grouper fish meat has some freshwater fish taste.

Batan fish is fishy and bitter. Poor quality and expensive.

Fish too little compared to dine in, really cut corners with food delivery, not the first time. Taste is good though. Should offer option to add more rice or noodles for people who want to eat more.

Very few slices of fish. Each bowl has only about 4 slices of fish. This is a big difference from the past where each bowl has about 6 slices of fish.

No taste at all. Never separate the noodles from the soup. Noodles became soggy. Never give soya sauce packet. So bland
