YJ Steamed Fish 赢家现蒸现卖蒸鱼 (Tanglin Halt)

Fish is so well-cleaned here, even the tail is clear of scales! So tail was priced a bit more. But restaurant can also sell the larger tail pieces with smaller belly pieces to make the same weight.

The fish is fresh and steamed till wholly cooked but not tough at all. Even the fish eye is delicious! Fish meat delivered at lunchtime was fridged for dinner and still tasted the same.

The steamed fish with half head is not fishy at all, very tender and delicious with the sweet and salty sauce. The veg and steamed egg also blend into the sauce well. A satisfying meal.

the rice quality seems to have improved! One of my go-to place for fast, delicious and affordable steam fish meal!

Everything very good except the rice. Rice is very rough and doesn't go well with the smooth flesh of the fish

Seabass (fish 🐟) fresh and delicious 😋 with rice 🍚 & add -on bean sprouts. Food well packed and arrived warm 👍

The sauce on the sweet side. I thought purchasing the carrier will keep the food hot but unfortunately they arrived less than warm.

The whole steam grouper is tiny and is the size of a square container. It is also not fresh and very fishy. Did not like my first order with this shop at all. Sea bass was ok.
