Weird taste! Chicken has a funky taste!

Pre-Ordered but did not bother to compensate for lack of preparation. Only told at the point of collection that items are not available. Then why order ahead? Failed promise to deliver; worse no refun

The food order I made was 3 items, but it arrived with only 2 items which the cheese cake is not included. kindly take note & explain. thank you.
