Teriyaki chicken become fried chicken

Portion is small, ingredients little, salmon is thin

There is no curry at all for the ebi fry curry rice.

fried chicken given not teriyaki chicken, no shrimp set is bento. the fried ebi has a layer of white sauce on it yucks. chilli sauce spill out the bento box to plastic

i ordered spicy shrimp set but get a bento set ? where's my shrimp set ?

Not sure if this is a one-off, but mayonnaise and coleslaw were very obviously rancid. Other foods seemed fine (can't tell if the cooking hid anything), but will be cautious in future
