order took 1.5 hours to be prepared. the fried carrot cake is more like a fried egg sprinkled with some carrot cake.

Pointless to add feedback if you ignore customers’ preferences. Allergy to certain food items is not a joke. When requested to remove, item is blatantly ignored. Now I have to dispose entirely
