ordered several times. milk tea not as good as last time. lychee strawberry ice blended tasted like cough syrup. others still ok.

what nonsense is this, they gave my drink with 1/4 empty. we pay for large cup is paying for air?? also always give ice blended when I ordered ice. not first time this happened
