Ordered a sliced beef egg rice and a luncheon meat egg rice, but cause the second item was only listed as 'luncheon', they added luncheon to the beef rice. Item listing needs to be improved

Missing item

I ate twice, twice also gave me a stomachache. Is it normal or was something undercooked?
