forgot to put the brown sugar on my brown sugar milk tea ;(

ordered 4 drinks. they forgot to give straws. I'm a regular customer and this is the first time it has happened. now I cant drink my bubble milk tea properly.

I ordered 5 cups of drinks for my family. 2 of the cups were leaking & the bag was wet below. The plastic top was not sealed properly. 1 cup had a third of the drink gone, & the other wasa quarter.

I've been a long time customer. I'm surprised that this time around, the skimmed milk has been repackaged and is now very tiny in amount. feel a bit cheated. other drinks still ok.

the mango pomelo tastes like just diluted fresh milk with mango pop no mango no pomelo and the brown sugar milk tea has a no taste just like water. Not recommended.

The brown sugar pearl coffee was a let down. I expected the pearl to be soaked in brown sugar & have a softer chewy texture. However pearl is just the ordinary ones w brown sugar is added to e drink

brown sugar milk tea is just normal milk tea. don't trust the picture at all.
