The best crispy chicken skin hands down! However due to peak period dinner time, waiting time for pick up was 45 mins long. Usually it was very effiecient for Non-peak period. Overall food was good.

Love the broiler concept where i just want the chicken. Hope they have a 4 pc chicken option

Will continue buying this broiler set. Love how i can customise what i want. Hope to see the 4 pc chicken option

Slightly disappointed with the dinner, chicken was overly fried and meat was extremely dry…. Not the chef best day.

Fried chicken and coleslaw are good! Only wished they read my request for certain meat piece. This would not have happened if the order was placed onsite, slightly disappointed

request for cutlery but didn't received

I asked for 2 x Chicken Thigh and 1 x Chicken wings but came 1 x chicken Thigh, 1 x chicken breast and 1 x chicken wings.

I ask for rice...no rice🫤

Used to be great when they stir fried the spaghetti and sauce together, now they just pour the sauce over it like those fast food restaurants so the spaghetti is tasteless

Food items were all cramped into a single average-sized plastic bag, that was so full that it was not tied up. The burger boxes pressed against each other and one even opened up for germs to get in.

I ordered popcorn chicken rice but I received chicken cutlet cut into small pieces with rice. chicken quantity is less. It's happening every time. This is the third time. Very disappointed.

requested for more chilli sauce, restaurant has every right to refuse request as it is additional cost. but i ordered 1 whole spring chicken + 5 pcs chicken wings and was given only 5 pkts

The chicken cutlet sauce should be separated instead of poured over on the chicken as it will get soggy. The chicken bolognese is salty.

ordered 1 half spring chicken rice and add on 1 cheese sauce but the cheese sauce was not given , unfare for me as i paid for it

Coleslaw dumped together with rice? Why not put inside small container. This coleslaw for fish & chips not on my rice. Fish & Chips also came in messy.
