The cook who prepared my noodles and dry spicy wanton did a very good job. Not oily and salty

Generally the wanton noodles are good. But stop adding too much of fish powder(?) or something that makes the noodle saltish . Remember less is more

China Square outlet usually prepares the dry noodles pretty alright. They listen to my request for no oil and less salt/soya sauce. Today the wantons have less fish powder. 👍
