To Baker & Cook Eng Kong: Why can’t you 1) have a choice of one more salad - love your beet carrot salad keep it up! 2) why can’t I have another piece of quiche +1 salad? 3)& offer yr soup online too?

Bagel not warm and not tender. Vanilla latte not hot.

Very disappointed. For such relatively high end restaurants, should not be selling such.Pastries no longer fresh, first time and last time.

The option slice/not slice is NEVER fulfilled! They do whatever they like. It is hard to believe that people work in such careless way.

Well there is the option to add instructions such as DO NOT SLICE, but clearly people work in a hurry and they don’t read. A recurring problem with all the orders on this platform. 50/50 chance.
