Yam fritters and mee suah Kueh were burnt and hard. Porridge was a superbly small portion, definitely insufficient for a full grown adult. More like a snack or side dish

The prawn wanton itself is good. But the noodle is not good enough. Very soggy. The prawn roll is super oil and over cooked brown

Requested for sambal chilli , only normal chilli , the bean curb prawn roll skin abit dark side . The rest was ok .

Prawns not fresh, yam fritter very salty. Requested for no spring onion and shallots, restaurant didnt follow.

The carrot cake was too spicy despite requesting for less spicy and the HK coffee was too milky. I prefer more coffee taste in my coffee. Nevertheless, overall the food was quite good.

have always been quite satisfied with the food but today's a bit disappointing. the Carrot cake arrived cold n hard. not the usual yummy ones we always had.

Missing all my drinks. I don’t know why still need choose hot or cold for the food when all came cold - siew mai, Bao, carrot cake. Rice roll char siew is nice.

The fried siew mai were overfried until too hard to bite.

Fried rice too dry, but Fragrant. Beancurd roll is dry n hard, no carrots, mushroom. taste like ngoh hiang. Mee sua cake pre fried hours ago, so dry n tough. Shame n Failure for a Dim Sum Restaurant.

hay bee hiam carrot cake is flavourful but way too salty. Owner pls go easy w sodium

Set meal came without drink and side, so I only got the fried rice. Was refunded only $4.22 but the set is $16.90 and fried rice à la carte is $10.80. So I got charged an extra $2.10 at least.

Food wasn’t great, only yam paste and chicken claw was nice.
